The Design and Installation of Solar Power Systems

A solar power system consists of multiple photovoltaic or PV panels, an inverter, and a rack system, which holds the PV panels in place. When it comes to this intricate system, most would only consider the installation of the solar panels but at Solar Smart Living, we know the entire system and its installation requires strong attention to detail — beginning to end! When you consider the fact that solar power system installations require working with electricity, safety must be the first priority.

We Provide Quality Installation

Solar Smart Living has the engineering and technical resources available to support your next sustainable project. Our engineers are US Green Building Council accredited professionals, NABCEP certified PV installers, and licensed electricians in Texas and New Mexico. Above all, we can successfully complete the installation of solar power systems efficiently and professionally.

Our professional installation team has extensive experience and will build your system to the required standards. Our installers only use the highest quality solar panels, equipment, and hardware. Once the Solar Smart Living team completes the installation, we will schedule an inspection to confirm that the installation has met all local regulations.

A Team of Professionals You Can Trust

We will work on your entire project as if it was being installed in our own home or business, and provide a single point of contact for accountability and support. Our experience installing high-quality solar systems, our uncompromising service, and our highly trained installation team has made us an industry regional leader.

As a full-service solar integration and green building consulting company, Solar Smart Living has the engineering and technical resources your home or business requires. From the regional footprint to the depth of know-how and experience to help clients, we can help you achieve success through solar power.
Consider Custom Designs for Residential and Commercial Needs

Since not all homes are built the same, our engineering team will custom design your solar power system based on your home’s architecture and your family’s projected electrical needs. This applies to commercial buildings as well.

First, the Solar Smart Living engineers will perform a complete analysis of your home or building. We’ll create a document known as the ‘Final Proposal’, which will include design plans and a renderings of how the system will look once installed in your home or building. It will also contain the specification sheets for all system components, such as the solar panels and inverters. Once you’ve approved the project, we’ll submit your plans to obtain necessary building permits, utility interconnection applications, and all applicable rebate documentation.

Working With Our Expert Engineers

Our Engineering Project Managers are exclusively assigned to projects to ensure customer requirements, timing, and specifications are met and expectations are exceeded.
