Are they worth what they claim to be?

Many of us have seen or heard of these “Power Saver” devices.   They claim to filter out the dirty energy from the power coming into the house from the grid.     Advocates of this technology allege that these will make the appliances and other electrical devices in your home use less power and thus last longer.   Well, we can’t officially say we disagree, even though we do not.  For your informational benefit and entertainment, we have provided a link to a rather humorous yet eye-opening video that talks about those very “power-saving” devices.  You be the judge as to whether or not they are worth it or not.
