Helpful Info about how to understand your monitoring application

If you have solar, you probably have some kind of system monitoring.  Monitoring helps you watch what your solar energy system is producing on an ongoing basis.  Consumption Monitoring in addition to Production Monitoring will help you monitor the energy you are consuming in your home in addition to the solar energy you are producing with your system.

We use Solaredge monitoring with our Solaredge HD inverters.  Production monitoring is standard with most of our systems.  On occasion, someone may have a different type of inverter or monitoring app.  We have put the video that appears below to help you learn more about how to read what your monitoring is telling you about your solar energy system.

As a reminder, should your monitoring go offline take a look at our help document about how to reset your Wifi.  In most case, the main cause of your monitoring going offline is from a change in internet providers or change in your router equipment.
